Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Commissioning Artwork from Yvette Phillips implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences.
The remaining 50% of the agreed fee is payable upon completion of the Artwork.
Additional Costs
Delivery costs will be the responsibility of the Client. Yvette Phillips can provide shipping/postage quotes if required. An insured delivery service is recommended, as Yvette Phillips is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. If preferred, the Client can collect the Artwork from OX11, or arrange collection by courier.
Taxes: The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges related to the Artwork.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns the physical Artwork. However, Yvette Phillips retains intellectual property rights, and reserves the right to display the Artwork on social media or for professional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Reproduction of the Artwork by the Client requires prior written permission from Yvette Phillips.
Termination
The Client may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In such cases the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
